PMP®LEEDapArchitectural Technologies (Honours)BA History — UBC

Annemarie Middleton founded Amephire Consulting after three decades at the intersection of institutional leadership and infrastructure advisory. Her career spans both sides of the capital planning table: as Manager of Capital Projects at Camosun College — where she delivered a $69M LEED Gold facility from the owner's side — and as Associate Director at Colliers Project Leaders, where she led multi-disciplinary advisory teams serving municipalities, post-secondary institutions, and regional districts across Canada.

That dual vantage point is the foundation of Amephire's value. Annemarie understands the internal pressures, governance structures, and political realities that institutional clients navigate — not as an observer, but as someone who has navigated them from inside.

Amephire Consulting exists to give institutional clients access to that experience — without the overhead of a large firm and without divided loyalties. Owner-side, always.
